Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise PKI infrastructure.
  
  


• Manage the complete certificate lifecycle, including issuance, renewal, deployment and revocation.
  
  


• Support Root CA and Subordinate CA environments.
  
  


• Manage and troubleshoot X.509 certificates, SSL/TLS and certificate chains.
  
  


• Support Microsoft ADCS and enterprise Certificate Authorities.
  
  


• Work with HSM (Hardware Security Modules) for secure key management.
  
  


• Manage certificate lifecycle using tools such as Venafi, AppViewX or other CLM tools.
  
  


• Troubleshoot certificate and PKI-related incidents.
  
  


• Support PKI integration with applications, IAM, cloud and enterprise systems.
  
  


• Monitor certificate expiry and ensure timely renewal.
  
  


• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and operational procedures.
  
  


• Provide L2/L3 support and perform root-cause analysis.
  
  


• Automate PKI activities using PowerShell, Python or Bash where required.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PKI and Cryptography.
  
  


• Good understanding of X.509 certificates.
  
  


• Experience with Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  
  


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft ADCS.
  
  


• Knowledge of Root CA, Sub CA, CRL and OCSP.
  
  


• Knowledge of SSL/TLS.
  
  


• Experience with HSM is preferred.
  
  


• Experience with Venafi / AppViewX / Keyfactor is preferred.
  
  


• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python or Bash.
  
  


• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
  


• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related field.
  
  


• 5+ years of experience in PKI / Cyber Security / Certificate Management.
