Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Operations Manager with a variety of administrative tasks related to security operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and assist the Manager with all tasks related to security, including administrative tasks.
- Assist clients with security-related inquiries, including supplying quotes, work orders, and taking incoming calls.
- Liaise regularly via phone and email with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Maintain positive customer and contractor relationships by providing excellent service and support.
- Maintain monitoring databases and information systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with account administration and data entry tasks as needed.
- Provide quotations, develop initiatives, and standard operational procedures to support the protection of our clients, people, and property.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the security industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
