Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, and we’re continually expanding. 

 

In this role, you'll be the right-hand person to our seasoned Account Director, playing a critical role in managing and exceeding client and key stakeholder expectations. You'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, while directly impacting the success of our most important accounts. 

Here's what you'll do:

  • Partner with the Account Director to develop and implement strategic account plans that drive growth and client satisfaction. 
  • Partner with the Account Director on developing a team of account management experts. 
  • Lead and develop the Account Executive (AE) team, including providing guidance on revenue reporting, forecasting, develop account strategies, including at risk, negotiations, review engagement plans, and account management progression. 
  • Regularly oversee, review, and update all account plans with the Account Manager (AM) and AE team. 
  • Execute and manage a proactive and robust engagement plan with assigned key accounts. As well as activities like QBRs, account plans, and monthly insights designed to continually reinforce our value proposition, understand client business needs, protect revenue, and secure long-term value-driven partnerships.
  • Negotiate value-led commercial agreements with customers, demonstrating strong commercial and financial acumen to construct mutually beneficial pricing arrangements.  
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' business models, needs, and requirements to identify opportunities to expand the relationship. Work with internal stakeholders to propose solutions that meet both the client's and our objectives. Provide strategic planning guidance to the team as needed. 
  • Strong commercial understanding and judgement, good business acumen, growth mindset, and exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential. 
  • Accurately forecast customer revenues within your assigned portfolio and track revenue performance to take necessary actions. 
  • Create insights, data and presentations as required, and confidently present. 

Requirements

We're looking for someone with: 

  • An Account Management / growth mindset. 
  • 5 years min experience in account management or a related role. 
  • A proven track record of success in building and nurturing strong client relationships. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve. 
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team (a plus). 
  • A strong team mentality and a focus on collective achievement.
  • Experience within Payments industry (payments within SaaS a plus 
  • Skilled in forecasting 
  • Proficient in using excel and PowerPoint
