We are Triskele Labs, one of Australia's leading sovereign cybersecurity providers, and what sets us apart is how we operate. We run our own Security Operations Centres (SOC), we stay close to our customers for the long term, and we measure ourselves on whether they get genuinely more secure, not on what we sold them last quarter. We do not sell point products and disappear. We take customers on a journey, and we are looking for someone who can lead that journey commercially.
You will own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and corporate accounts, inheriting an established book of clients with real room to grow, a delivery team with the technical depth to back you, and a leadership team that wants you to operate like a partner, not a vendor who surfaces when a renewal is due.
The role
You will be the trusted advisor your customers call first. You will understand their environment, their risks and their roadmap, and bring the right capability from across Triskele Labs to help them get ahead. Growth comes from value, not pressure. When you genuinely help a customer mature, expansion is the natural next step. This is a hands-on, year-round relationship, not a quarterly check-in.
What you will do
How we work, and why AI is not optional
AI is how the job gets done here. We expect you to use AI and large language models every day, to research accounts, map white space, build account plans, prepare for governance sessions and simply move faster than the market. This is a genuine requirement of the role, and you will have KPIs tied to it. If you are already weaving AI into how you work, you will feel at home. If you are not, this is not the role for you.

This is a senior, customer-facing role. Expect to attend events outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel interstate when an account needs you there. We are upfront about that, because the right person sees it as part of building real relationships.
