You'll work directly with managers and partners who actively mentor, delegate properly, and involve seniors in real client conversations.

The Role

As a Senior Accountant , you'll manage your own client portfolio while playing a key role in advisory and value-add work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns
• Providing business advisory services to SME clients
• Assisting clients with structuring, tax planning, and cash flow management
• Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Identifying advisory opportunities and contributing to client strategy
• Direct client contact and relationship management
• Mentoring and reviewing work of junior accountants

This is a role where you'll be trusted with clients, not shielded from them.

What We're Looking For

• CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
• 3-6+ years' experience in Australian public practice
• Strong technical skills across tax and business services
• Genuine interest in advisory and client strategy
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with business owners
• Experience with Xero, MYOB, BGL or similar cloud platforms
