Senior Accountant - Career Growth Potential

Reporting to a seasoned Financial Controller, your responsibilities include:

• Handling the management accounts, including monthly P&L, cashflow forecasting and balance sheet accounts
• Managing the performance of a small team including Assistant Accountant and Accounts Payable staff
• Drive the month end close and year end reporting
• Assisting external accountant with preparation of GST, FBT, Payroll Tax and Corporate Tax

Your Skills:

• CPA/CA qualifications are desirable, although candidates close to finalising their studies will be considered
• Bring suitable financial accounting experience in a medium sized business
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot
• Either come with experience supervising the development of direct report(s) or be motivated by the opportunity to “step up” and advance your career in this area
