Bentley Recruitment has partnered with a leading mid-tier accounting firm who has a presence in every state and territory in Australia. With a team of over 80 professional staff, they offer a variety of services from Advisory, Accounting & Tax, and Financial Services. The role:
Due to growth within the Business Services division, we are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to assist in managing the client base of the partners. You will be required to understand the clients businesses and provide innovative solutions and advice.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring you to be in the office at least 3 days per week. This role can also be offered as a part time position, working between 30 and 37.5 hours pew week. Duties:
Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact
Provide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning and business structuring
Provide assistance to staff, outlining responsibilities and expectations
Provide feedback on a job by job basis
Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals
Skills & experience:
Circa 8 years experience as a Senior/Supervisor level
Experience managing a team of accountants
CA/CPA qualified
Bachelor degree in Accounting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Xero and MYOB
