Senior Accountant OR Manager

Due to the onboarding of several new & large clients, the newly created role for a Senior Accountant/Manager has arised to join an existing team of 30 accountants, bookkeepers & admin professionals. 

Incoming candidates are offered exposure to a diverse & interesting client base, a team of high performing accountants to collaborate with, and clear, tangible progression opportunities while enjoying a fun, collaborative environment to come into every day. 

The Role:

As a Senior Accountant/Manager you’ll:

• 📑 Review financial statements & tax returns for various entities. 
• 🤝 Assist in the management of a client portfolio. 
• 📈 Tax planning for clients & provide advice that spans across various client industries.
• 👥 Collaborate with the Partner whilst mentoring junior staff & reviewing work. 

What We’re Looking For 🔍

To be a great fit, you should have:

• 🕔 5-7+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
• 📜 Completed CA/CPA program or nearing completion. 
• 📈 Significant experience in reviewing of financial statements and tax returns. 
• 💡 Comprehensive knowledge on Division 7A, FBT & CGT. 
• 💬 Outstanding communication skills & ability to maintain client relationships. 
• 🤲 Advisory experience to manage clients and previous mentorship of junior staff.
