Your new role
As a Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Partners, contributing to advisory and strategic work.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, BAS, and IAS
• Delivering advisory services including tax planning, structuring, and business insights
• Reviewing work and mentoring junior team members
• Identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance
• Supporting internal process improvement as the firm continues to grow

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll bring strong technical capability along with a client-focused and proactive mindset.You will ideally have:

• CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
• 4-7+ years' experience in public practice accounting
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A desire to be involved in advisory work and business growth
