Our Client is an industry leader in the age care sector. They are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their team based just South of Perth.

Key Duties
- Data entry of all supplier invoices received
- Prepare creditor payment run weekly.
- Review, processing and payment of Petty Cash
- Credit Card Reconciliations, data entry between entities.
- Processing Superannuation payments (as prepared by Payroll)
- Review, handling or distribution of all accounts payable emails and maintenance of the accounts email address.
- Assisting facilities with accounts payable queries, dealing with supplier queries and attending to any other accounts payable queries as required.
- Ensure accounts payable records and filing are accurately maintained
- Planning for the week and daily reorganisation where needed
- Supervise, assist, and support the Accounts Payable Officer
- Month end procedures
- Committed Finance Team participant and other duties as required
Desirables
- Accounts payable supervisor experience, min 5 years.
- Proven and visible track record of success in a similar role
- Degree qualified
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills with accounting software exposure.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level delivery of quality customer service
- A demonstrated dedicated team contributor
- Clear logical thinker, capable of converting complex concepts into clear, focused actions/responses
- Experienced and confident in supplier or general ledger reconciliations
- Excellent team-building, motivation and management skills
- Flexibility and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience with TechnologyOne highly desirable
