About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior Administration & Customer Service Lead to join our team in Alice Springs NT on a full time permanent basis.

This role plays a critical part in supporting branch operations by overseeing financial processes, customer account management, and administration functions. You will ensure accurate reporting, manage customer payments and reconciliations, and provide leadership across administration, telesales, and customer service activities.

 

 

In this Role


  • Oversee branch accounts payable and receivable

  • Manage customer payments, reconciliations, and account queries

  • Ensure timely completion of weekly and monthly financial reporting

  • Oversee telesales operations within the branch

  • Process freight and non-trade expense invoices

  • Manage payroll administration, including weekly hours via KRONOS

  • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

  • Provide visible leadership and support a positive team culture


 

What are we looking for?


  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG

  • Strong financial acumen and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated leadership capability

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and databases

  • Ability to prioritise, plan and deliver outcomes efficiently

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and improve processes
