RLB’s team in Perth is highly regarded within the construction industry, and are market leaders in the provision of Quantity Surveying services locally, nationally and internationally.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Administration Officer will be responsible for providing the Directors and Office Manager with professional, administrative services. 

The Senior Administration Officer will be self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks, show initiative and be committed to excellence in administrative support, professional communication and secretarial duties. Prepare brand compliant documentation to assist the Directors and Management Team deliver our services in a prompt and responsive manner in line with the RLB values. Assist with day-to-day office operation.

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong, clear, and effective communication.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Team orientated.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Take and provide clear instruction, direction and support.
  • Excellent English language skills including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of administrative structures and processes, including record keeping.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of software, in particular MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Video Conferencing.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with office operation.
  • Accounts payable and receivable.
  • Meeting co-ordination, including local Management Meetings, Directors’ Meetings, etc. 
  • Co-ordination, collating documentation, drafting agendas, minute taking and correspondence.
  • Answering phones, directing, and following up on calls as required.
  • Providing administrative support, including document formatting, and maintaining registers. Design and development of PowerPoint presentations in line with the RLB brand guidelines.
  • Preparation of Microsoft Word and Excel documentation, in accordance with RLB Brand Guidelines.
  • Assist with maintaining the office environment to a high standard which is tidy and professional at all times (clean and tidy as we go).
