Senior Administrator - Hospitality - Energetic Workplace

Westcare is a long-standing, values based, social enterprise that provides employment, training, development and accommodation for people living with disabilities (PwD).

We are looking for an exceptional, community minded, highly experienced administrator, preferably with knowledge of hospitality to oversee our village accommodation at Shenton Park.

The Village provides independent board and lodge for approximately 38 individuals living with disabilities.  

The main duties would include managing accommodation, onboarding new residents, rostering kitchen and cleaning staff, ordering catering and food supplies, organising food handling audits as necessary, liaison with residents and guardians, working closely with Westcare's Disability Support Services and other disability support organisations,  ensuring the running of the village complies with all WHS polices and legisaltion.  Whilst experience of short term and medium-term accommodation and lodgings for PwD is not expected, it is desirable, and you would be expected to learn and understand these requirements in due course.  Access to training and development in these areas and any others that are deemed necessary and will be provided to the right candidate.  Similarly, as Westcare is a registered NDIS provider it is expected that you will gain an NDIS clearance and have a clean National Police Check.

This is a full-time position, however, flexibility around working hours will be considered for the right candidate

A very competitive salary, (including the potential to salary package up to $15,900 of salary per annum), will be offered for the successful individual.
