Senior Advisor, Commercial Pricing
NSW Government Department – Sydney CBD + WFH
Initial contract until 30/06/2024
Pay rate: $550 per day + super
This is a strategic commercial opportunity with broad exposure across NSW Government working within a flexible, dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Key accountabilities: - Manage the commercial pricing operations that enable business units to deliver services that are fully cost recoverable from various government agencies.
- Design, build and evaluate the financial modelling, including scenario analysis, to support Government Technology Platforms whole of government products.
- Manage the application and maintenance of the commercial pricing model for GTP products, ensuring is consistency across GTP
- Produce data modelling and accurate costing information to support product strategies, business cases and budget submissions.
Selection criteria: - Extensive experience in commercial pricing, activity-based costing models and analysis.
- Thorough understanding of finance processes.
- Demonstrated systems experience in TM1 and Power BI.
- You will also have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels during complex and sensitive consultations to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Experience writing and reviewing Business Cases.
- A proven track record of delivering to tight deadlines and having a strong desire to succeed.
- High attention to detail and passion for customer service, you will consistently deliver value to a range of stakeholders across the business.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to prioritise, work under pressure and clear communication and collaboration skills will be critical to success.
