• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships


• Lead delivery of social performance, social investment and partnership initiatives


• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, and social performance compliance and reporting requirements

This role will be responsible for supporting the management of stakeholder

relationships, social performance delivery, and compliance with industry and organisational standards, while enabling consistent outcomes and reporting across community relations activities in Australia.

This role is Perth based, working 5 days, 2 days off roster.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Build strong relationships and coordinate engagement and consultation


• Lead social investment strategy at the country level 


• Ensure compliance with agreements and lead social performance reporting requirements


• Work with internal teams to align community initiatives with business goals


• Help align social performance practices with global standards (ICMM, UNDRIP, UNGPs)

You will have:

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, native title, and social performance (mining/resources)


• Tertiary qualification in social performance or related field (desirable)


• Strong knowledge of legislation and global standards


• Proven ability to build relationships and facilitate stakeholder dialogue


• Current manual driver’s licence
