Summary

As a Senior Advisor, you will lead the delivery of hybrid learning initiatives across P–12, working closely with schools, system leaders, and key stakeholders to embed effective digital and pedagogical practices. This role plays a critical part in shaping BCE’s approach to hybrid and online learning, driving innovative solutions that enhance teaching practice and improve student outcomes. You will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational delivery, contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of hybrid learning initiatives, while building capability across the system. Working across teams, you will influence decision-making through data and insights, support schools to adopt contemporary tools and technologies, and partner with stakeholders to deliver sustainable, system-wide outcomes.

About the opportunity

In this position you will:   



  • Provide high-level strategic advice and contribute to the delivery of projects aligned to BCE’s hybrid and online learning priorities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities, timelines, and reporting to ensure key deliverables and outcomes are achieved

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement innovative, practical solutions

  • Analyse, interpret, and present data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to the development of systems, processes, and practices that enable effective delivery of hybrid learning initiatives

  • Support capability uplift across schools through training, coaching, and the provision of practical guidance and resources

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive sustainable outcomes

  • Support effective resource planning and budget management to optimise project delivery and impact  

About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:    



  • Demonstrated experience leading or delivering initiatives, ideally within education, digital learning, or a related environment 

  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical actions and improvements

  • Understanding of, or experience in, hybrid, online, or digitally enabled learning environments

  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to diverse audiences and facilitating professional learning

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities in a complex environment

  • Tertiary qualifications in Education, with current or eligible QCT registration


 


Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:  



  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment. 

  • Full registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
