Senior Analyst - Data Management

As a Senior Analyst - Data Management, you will work closely with the CE&D Product owners to drive Data Management initiatives and enhance data quality. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of Data Management across initiatives within the Customer Engagement & Digital (CE&D) Domain
• Support the execution of the Data Management roadmap along with the Chapter Lead, Data Steward, and Product Owners
• Champion and support CE&D Crew Leads with their Data Management requirements
• Analyse and profile data using strategic tools and techniques to enhance and uplift data quality
• Implement appropriate Data Quality solutions across our critical processes (Yello, Customer Engagement Engine, Consent/Preference, Digital data)
• Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance pertaining to Data Management
• Show leadership skills to be able to manage projects and support the Chapter Lead & Product Owner

This role requires you to have:

• Technical SQL knowledge for data verification & profiling, hands-on experience with Ab Initio, and/or Alation
• Knowledge of Customer Engagement & Digital operational processes and data eco-system
• Relevant qualifications and background in data management disciplines such as risk, compliance, audit, actuarial or analytics
• Proven experience in Agile operating model
• Outcome focused, with the ability to work with technical teams and drive outcomes
