What you'll do:
As a Senior Architect in Human Resources, you will be at the forefront of leading an end-to-end solution architecture for major projects within the Enterprise Services domain. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating high-level plans for investing in the IT environment. Your role will involve managing architecture development and governance processes, ensuring that solution architectures align with established roadmaps. You will convert requirements into blueprints for solutions, balancing project concerns with those of the enterprise. Your leadership will be crucial in developing effective solutions in line with business requirements, group standards, and IT strategy. Furthermore, you will stay abreast of emerging technologies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Architect in Human Resources role will bring significant experience in solutions architecture within the IT industry, financial services or business consulting. You will have a proven ability to translate business needs into enterprise architecture requirements and have experience across multiple architecture domains. Your experience in the HR technology domain, covering two or more HR Sub Domains and/or Payroll, will be crucial. Experience with PaaS/SaaS HR platforms such as Oracle HCM and Oracle eBusiness Suite is highly preferred. You will understand cloud native application characteristics and how architectures can deliver them, along with demonstrable knowledge of Integration Design. Your experience in solutioning and implementing modern technologies for industry-leading organisations will be invaluable. A strong knowledge of Enterprise Architect disciplines and frameworks, such as TOGAF, is essential.
