The Role
As a Senior Asset Finance Specialist for South Australia, you will be responsible for achieving financial sales targets and driving new business acquisition and retention through the development and delivery of tailored finance packages.

Reporting to the National Sales Director you will have both strong support and autonomy in your region. Your role will involve training and developing external stakeholder groups and sales teams in the use of specialised finance tools, reviewing and managing credit limits, and conducting regular customer visits to deliver finance solutions aligned with their business needs. Additionally, you will participate in industry events, and continuously develop your business acumen and knowledge of industry products.

The Candidate
A Finance, Business, or Agriculture related degree is desirable but not essential, with demonstrated experience selling financial solutions in the industries (agriculture, construction, and commercial assets). You will possess strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.

A high level of computer and software literacy and confident communication skills are essential. You should be highly motivated, capable of working autonomously, and willing to travel regularly across a large geographic area.
