Key Responsibilities - Assisting on leading complex multi-jurisdictional cross-border M&A and Private Equity transactions
- Coordinating the various groups working on a project and ensuring that they are all on schedule, understanding and disseminating transactional information
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Involvement in due diligence - analysis of agreements and their subsequent description
- Working with local counsels in various jurisdictions
- Drafting and reviewing legal and technical documentation
- Managing more junior associates and graduates on transactions
The skills and attributes we are looking for - Admission in Australia, England & Wales or other Common Law jurisdiction qualification
- PQE 5-7 years, currently at Senior Associate level
- Good understanding of the key risks and issues involved in large transactions.
- Experience of advising on numerous commercial contracts
- Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when working across multiple deals
- Excellent drafting skills
- Client service focus and commercial awareness

- Strong judgment
