A highly regarded specialist insurance law firm is looking to appoint an experienced professional indemnity lawyer (4+ PQE) to join its established Brisbane\-based insurance team. This opportunity suits a senior practitioner seeking high\-quality work, autonomy, and a supportive team culture within a firm known for its technical excellence in insurance litigation.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for advising and acting on a diverse portfolio of professional indemnity claims, primarily within financial lines insurance. Matters are complex, high value, and intellectually engaging, involving claims against professionals such as accountants, financial advisers, insolvency practitioners, company directors and officers, as well as exposure to claims involving property, construction, and design professionals.
In addition to defence work, the role provides the opportunity to contribute to policy interpretation and coverage advice, working closely with insurer clients and key stakeholders.

- Experience gained within a leading insurance or commercial litigation practice will be highly regarded.
