About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Associate with 5-8+ years PQE to join our client's Real Estate team in Brisbane. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Construction & Infrastructure Partner on diverse and exciting projects across Australia, while also integrating with their global Real Estate practice. You will be part of a vibrant, multidisciplinary team working on groundbreaking transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft project documentation including project agreements, construction, operation, and maintenance agreements, offtake agreements, tolling agreements, and other ancillary documents
• Manage relationships with key clients and ensure the delivery of high-quality work
• Assist in the sale and purchase of infrastructure assets
• Engage in business development and client relationship activities
• Contribute to the firm's learning and development programs in your area of expertise
• Collaborate with the global network of lawyers and resources

About You:
