The Role

With significant growth in the past 24 months they are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Melbourne and Sydney team. You will assist with overseeing the carriage of Personal Injury and Workers Comp matters and will be responsible for ensuring customer care across the practice is satisfactory from engagement through to the resolution of individual clients’ legal matters. Furthermore, you will identify continuous improvement strategies for the practice and assist with implementation of these strategies.

About You:

We are seeking a qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years’ post admission experience in personal injury law who has experience managing workers compensation, motor vehicle accident & public liability matters. They are looking for a down to earth individual that is diligent and professional with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously within a team structure. You will also have:

• Excellent advocacy skills and proven file management experience.
  


• 3 to 5 years experience in Workers Compensation is essential.

• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  


• Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
