The Senior Audit Manager – Group Operations is responsible for leading complex and high-risk audits across Retail & Business & Private Bank Operations, delivering independent third-line assurance over the effectiveness of governance, risk management and controls.
Reporting to the Audit Director – Retail & Business & Private Bank Operations & Third Party, the role plans and executes operations audits, including complex and thematic assurance activity relating to Third Party risks and Physical Security. The role contributes evidence-based assessments of control effectiveness, operational resilience and service reliability.
The role works closely with audit teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality audit outcomes in accordance with Internal Audit methodology and Global Internal Audit Standards, while contributing specialist operational risk insight and supporting a strong speak-up culture.
