About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual who is a real team player and committed to working collaboratively to achieve exceptional client service. You will be part of a growth -oriented environment where your skills and contributions are valued.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key liaison
• Assist in developing an effective and efficient audit strategy
• Assist team members in completing documents required for planning an audit engagement
• Work closely with the engagement manager on the engagement identifying potential problem areas or budget difficulties
• Coordinates engagements without manager assistance, reporting directly to Partner where appropriate
• Identify potential improvements and communicate these to Managers
• Prepare and monitor budgets for various engagements
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and build internal relationships
• Liaise with clients and identify future opportunities.

About You

• CA/CPA qualification (working towards)
• The ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and solve problems
• Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Strong IT and computer skills. You will embrace new technology and have the ability to adapt quickly
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
• Ability to effectively manage your workflow
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar role

Negotiable salary based on relevant experience, starting from $85,000.00 (inclusive of super).
