Senior BA - ITO Partnering

Senior BA - Contract opportunity with large Insurance organisation Your new company
We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large, complex insurance organisation on a 12-month contract, supporting a major ITO Partnering & vendor transition program.
This role sits at the heart of partner onboarding, transitions, governance and operational stability. It's ideal for a BA who thrives in ambiguity, asks the right questions, and can operate independently across senior stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams.

Your new role

• Maintain requirements' traceability across platforms, SLAs and transition assets
• Support partner information sessions, KT activities and transition phases
• Assist with procurement, governance, onboarding and access requirements
• Analyse ServiceNow, SLAs, PowerBI and operational reporting
• Review, uplift and document SOPs and E2E processes
• Ensure Jira hygiene, cadence reporting and support delivery roadmaps

What you'll need to succeed

• Senior BA with strong IT and business experience in Insurance or Financial Services
• Experience working and analysing ServiceNow and SLA's
• Excellent analysis, documentation and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with vendors, partners and regulated environments
• Confident, engaging and challenging stakeholders at all levels
• Self-driven, organised, and trusted with sensitive information

What you'll get in return
This role offers a 12-month contract and a day rate of $900 + super per day. You'll be based in Sydney and enjoy flexible working arrangements (2-3 days in the office).
