With exceptional growth opportunities, the firm are looking to bring on an experienced Bookkeeper who can help support the bookkeeping team with their loyal and multi-industry clientele! 


About the role
As a bookkeeper, your key responsibilities will include:

• Review work papers
• Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledgers, etc.
• Liaise with clients across industries such as medical, engineering, retail, manufacturing and more!
• Work on a key portfolio of clients that you will build long-standing relationships with, and have solid insight into their businesses
• Work on more complicated payroll tasks for clients 
• Work alongside a strong team of 9, including: a Partner, a manager, two bookkeepers onshore and a team of 4 bookkeepers offshore.

Skillset and Experience

• MINIMUM 2-3 years experience in a public practice accounting firm in Australia 
• Experience working as a bookkeeper, supporting multiple clients
• Worked with business clients with a turnover of at least $2 million
• Demonstrated experience with MYOB AE, MYOB, and Xero - ideal!
• Confidence and demonstrated experience with building strong client relationships 
• Great work ethic | motivation | positive and honest attitude | enjoys a good laugh!
