Senior Bookkeeper & Office Manager - Join a Leading Company

An opportunity is now available to join Lifewood's tightly knitted & high performing team. This is a challenging and demanding role designed to push you to become more effective and make a real impact to our company's success. 

You will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge in areas such as cost accounting, multi-company financial management & importing goods. Your career pathway would be to eventually become a Cost Accountant, Management Accountant, or CFO.

As your knowledge of the company grows and you become more confident we would also like you to help implement the Great Game of Business to motivate our team and boost our company's growth.

You will also be provided with a CPA in the Phillipines to assist you in recording transactions & managing everyday tasks. This will allow you more time to help management find ways the strengthen the business & train the team on their own numbers and basic accounting principles. You will have the opportunity to show the team how to grow their numbers and increase their capabilities.

The initial challenge will be to unravel the less than professional accounting practices that are a legacy of our previous accounts staff bringing the company back into transparent financial position.

Australia accounting & tax experience will be very helpful in allowing you to strive in this role.

This role is ideal for someone who is not sensitive and is highly productive, not needing external influence to get started, and is motivated by the potential future of a business. This can be either a Part-time or Full-time role depending on the candidate.
