About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to develop and execute brand marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and preference. This includes the brand communication strategy across multiple touchpoints to achieve both short-term and long-term sales and profit growth targets.

Our Senior Brand Manager will oversee the messaging angles for new products from concept to launch, ensuring each product captures interest across various symptom and pain verticals. This support is crucial for building a pipeline of consumers transitioning to patients of myeden.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Develop and execute brand marketing plans, conduct market and competitor analysis, leverage consumer insights, initiate new product development, and review competitor activities to enhance strategies and campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing Strategic Messaging and Content: Create content messaging for EDMs, PR, digital advertising, and social media; develop campaigns around key events; execute across social media, meta-ads, programmatic advertising, PR, and influencer engagement; and implement database segmentation strategies.
  • Advertising and Communication: Develop brand-building advertising with health and wellness angles, create consistent and powerful deliverables, enhance consumer acquisition and retention, influence positive consumer experiences, enforce brand guidelines and manage EDM strategy and execution.
  • Analytical Analysis and Thinking: Monitor KPIs, analyse ROI and revenue, optimise marketing spend, evaluate campaign costs, prepare sales reports, manage budgets, assess sales promotions, champion the brand portfolio, and utilise data for actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification in marketing.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Brand and Consumer Marketing.

We're seeking a candidate who can effectively analyse and understand research, coupled with proficient computer skills, such as MS Office applications.

Experience

  • Proven working experience in brand development marketing with proven experience in managing and driving new product development and tactical promotions and branding initiatives.
  • Exceptionally strong project management skills with strong attention to detail, very organised, efficient, solid business communication skills.
  • Microsoft Project and Projectmanager.com user knowledge.
  • Experience in a regulated environment such as OTC Pharmaceuticals or Skincare.
  • Experience in cross-function collaboration with multiple business units.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in health supplements and a strong willingness to learn. Additionally, proven strengths in networking and relationship building are highly valued.
