The Opportunity: We have a great leadership opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join the Dexus Marketing team on a full time 12-month maternity leave contract.  Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, our Senior Brand Manager will lead the Brand, Corporate and Customer Solutions marketing team the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, focussing on a group-wide role and take the Dexus master brand, experience sub-brand Workspace Dexus and the Dexus Place identity to market to grow awareness and equity. Our focus will particularly be amongst new potential customer segments. This role drives digital strategy and owns Dexus.com, as well as running sponsorship and events.

The Role: Success in this role will be the ability to maintain the strategic brand positioning for Dexus externally and continually update brand and sub-brand rollout strategy and plans to ensure maximum impact in market. You will be the brand custodian across the group, maintaining education and interest from within Dexus, owner of the brand guidelines and the owner of the public relations strategy to drive brand and customer solutions awareness. You’ll also lead Workspace Dexus marketing and oversee customer solutions marketing.

We require extensive experience in brand management and proven results in enhancing a brand’s awareness and equity in market coupled with the ability to develop and execute a broad marketing strategy.

Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is a prerequisite, as is experience in liaising with external advertising/marketing and PR agencies
