Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering complex initiatives from discovery through to implementation. This position requires flexibility, strong analytical capability, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing multiple priorities.Key responsibilities include:

• Define scope, approach, and efficient work practices.
• Conduct deep data analysis using Excel and AI tools.
• Integrate AI solutions into BA activities and solution design.
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Develop high-quality artefacts such as process maps, requirements, and business cases.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Support onboarding transformation to digital platforms and CRM integration.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong data analysis capability and systems integration experience.
• Understanding of onboarding processes and compliance frameworks (AML/KYC).
• Experience working with Corporate & Institutional customer segments preferred.
• AI literacy (Copilot, Cursor) for BA activities and solution integration.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure.
