About the role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide strategic analysis, research and advice on school funding, financial programs and policy initiatives. Working across a diverse range of stakeholders, you will identify emerging issues, analyse complex data and develop evidence-based recommendations that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
You will be embedded in a team that drives strategic projects from discovery through to delivery, applying a pragmatic, structured approach to service improvement across the Finance function.
You will contribute to strategic projects and service improvement initiatives, prepare high-quality briefings and reports, and collaborate with policy, process and systems experts to enhance financial management practices across the department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing outcomes and delivering meaningful improvements that support schools and students across NSW.
