Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in driving various digital initiatives within the Digital Products and Platforms domain. We are seeking an individual with a strong focus on digital expertise, capable of engaging stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements, processes, and co-design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, testers, and solution architects on solution design, development, and testing within an Agile Scrum delivery team.
• Lead workshops and collaboration activities to identify pain points, design solutions, and drive improvement opportunities.
• Produce digital artifacts including user stories, user journey maps, personas, wireframes, and functional requirements specifications to guide solution design.
• Provide input into solution design considering enterprise architecture, security, and information management to address complex digital challenges.

Essential Criteria:

1. Demonstrated experience as a senior business analyst (minimum 5 years) with a strong focus on digital projects.
2. Exceptional liaison, negotiation, and problem-solving skills within digital environments.
3. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, effectively conveying information and responding to stakeholders.
4. Proven track record of leading workshops for large stakeholder groups and translating input into actionable requirements.
5. Proficiency in producing digital artifacts such as user journeys, process maps, user stories, and test cases.
6. Experience working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary agile product teams, particularly in digital settings.

Desirable Criteria:

1. Experience in personalization and authentication solutions within digital contexts.
2. Familiarity with government digital projects and the Digital Transformation Agency's Digital Service Standard.
