Senior Business Analyst - Financial Services

We're working with a high-growth investment and lending platform to hire a Senior Business Analyst to support the evolution of its core systems.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond large, siloed environments and get closer to credit decisioning, deal flow, and platform ownership.

The Role

You'll operate at the intersection of technology, credit, and operations, playing a key role in delivering enhancements across critical lending and investor platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering closely with broad range of senior stakeholders across operations to understand and improve workflows
• Supporting enhancements across loan origination, credit decisioning and loan management systems
• Leading end-to-end business analysis across requirements, solution design, testing and delivery
• Mapping and optimising end-to-end lending processes
• Producing high-quality artefacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Driving UAT and ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs
• Leveraging tools such as Copilot / AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of outputs

What We're Looking For

This is a specialist BA role - we're looking for experience within lending, credit, or financial services environments.

You'll bring:

• ~7+ years Business Analysis experience within financial services
• Proven experience working with a range of stakeholders in credit, loa
• Strong capability across:
• Requirements gathering & documentation
• Process mapping (end-to-end)
• Stakeholder engagement across business & technology
• Experience delivering platform or system transformation initiatives

Nice to have:

• Exposure to property, private credit, or investment environments
• Experience using AI-enabled tools within delivery
