The Senior
Product Analyst provides advanced analytical and strategic insight to inform
engagement, experience design, and product decision-making across the Group’s
retail businesses — including supermarkets, liquor, and group platforms. This
role leads the discovery and analysis of customer behaviour, product
performance, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
and innovation. The Senior Product Analyst partners closely with Product
Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that
product strategies and design decisions are data-driven, evidence-based, and
aligned with enterprise goals. The role also contributes to building analytical
capability within the product organisation — developing frameworks, tools, and
best practices for measuring customer engagement, usability, and value
delivery. Through thought leadership, mentoring, and collaboration, the Senior
Product Analyst helps drive a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and
continuous improvement, ensuring that every product initiative delivers
measurable impact and enhances the Group’s retail experience.
