We are looking for Senior Business Analyst's to lead the enterprise rollout of a workforce management system. Experience working as a BA on a Kronos (or similar) workforce management system roll out and its integration with Oracle (or other ERP) is needed.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and integration of workforce management systems, specifically Kronos, with Oracle.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the system implementation lifecycle.
- Train and mentor junior analysts and end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and project reports.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on workforce management systems.
- Demonstrated experience with Kronos or similar workforce management systems is essential.
- Proven track record of integrating workforce management systems with Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
