Role Overview:

We are seeking ambitious Senior Business Development Managers to join our national team. This pivotal role focuses on driving significant new business growth and enhancing service offerings for existing clients. Success in this position requires meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive relationship management and a consultative approach to identifying the best website technology, digital services, and advertising solutions for each client. 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, we have several roles available nationally with major accounts in a designated territory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pursue new business opportunities, primarily within the automotive and related industries, to drive substantial growth.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to deliver optimal advertising solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients through regular face-to-face meetings and exceptional service.
  • Manage internal resources effectively to ensure timely and budget-compliant product delivery.
  • Expand our client portfolio through strategic new business acquisitions.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships within relevant industries to promote business growth.
  • Create compelling proposals and templates to support the sales process and close deals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
    Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive company success.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in media sales and/or digital/online sales.
  • A proven track record in direct sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience and knowledge of sales environments within the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance sales skills and relationship management through a consultative, solutions-based approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
