The Opportunity
Veris are seeking a Senior Cadastral Surveyor to join the ever growing Brisbane team located in brand new offices in Milton.

We have a large team of Registered and Endorsed Surveyors making up the team and you will provided with expert support. Overall you would be tasked with managing and a client & project portfolio. The position will have an office bias with occasional field work required.

This role will see your responsibilities include but not be limited to:

Undertaking Cadastral surveys when required (occasional)

Effectively manage and control the submission of survey documentation to statutory authorities.

Ensure work is carried out within the client’s guidelines, effectively and professionally at all times

Provide operational support to clients and managing projects

About You

Degree in Surveying or equivalent

Around 4 or more years experience in Cadastral surveying within Queensland

Must be able to work seamlessly with many Developers, Builders, Project Managers and Consultants

Proficiency in the use of Liscad, AutoCAD and relevant survey equipment (or similar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work autonomously

The ability work as an effective team member and to mentor other staff, set objectives and support achievements to maximize successful client deliverables
