Senior Capability Development Specialist

Our client URGENTLY requires a Senior Capability Development Specialist for a 10 months + Contract in Canberra.

The Senior Capability Development Specialist will be required to develop Defence project lifecycle documentation and engage with Defence stakeholders including senior star ranked officers across a range of capability, subject matter and project disciplines.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• Experience developing a range of defence capability artefacts and be able to represent at Defence Committee processes.
• Significant commercial experience, being able to conceptualise complex social, political, financial and delivery issues.
• Must possess a significant knowledge of Defence sustainment practises and understand the operating constraints in contemporary sustainment.
• Must have a strong knowledge of MILSATCOM and knowledge of international engagement with United States Government entities and have Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) operation.

Must have (minimum) NV2 security clearance.
