You will;
- Manage a specialist tail claims portfolio including common law claims or a front end claims portfolio focusing on early intervention
- Review medical documents to determine best course of strategy for early return to work or closures
- Work with multiple stakeholders to determine best course of action
All we want from you is; - Demonstrated workers compensation claims management experience either managing a tail claims portfolio or a front end claims portfolio
- Highly developed negotiation skills
- Self insurance claims assessment experience will be highly regarded
