FinXL IT are seeking a Senior Change Manager for a 12 months+ contract with a large financial services organisation. To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have the following requirements.

Requirements:

• Experienced Senior Change Manager working in complex environments
• Experience developing change plans, impact assessments and communications
• Background in financial services
