Senior Civil Designer – Roads & Highways | SEQ

As a Senior Civil Designer, you’ll lead design teams, drive 12d modelling on major TMR projects, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes across Southeast Queensland.

What you’ll do:

• Lead civil/road design and 12d modelling for complex infrastructure projects

• Manage, mentor and develop design teams

• Ensure compliance with Austroads, TMR standards, and industry best practice

• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions

What you bring:

• 10+ years’ civil design experience, including roads/highways

• Proven leadership in managing small design teams

• Strong 12d modelling and technical expertise in TMR projects

• Australian Citizenship
