Senior Civil Engineer

All-encompassing role - full project delivery, people management and client interfacing
Day to day you will interact with clients and project teams, manage deliverables and project budgets, coordinate a small team of drafters and designers
Access to latest technology and plenty of resources and support at your disposal to draw on for your projects
Majority of projects on the civil side fall into urban development, subdivisions, municipal infrastructure and civil works for building projects
Strong mid tier consultancy local to the Brisbane market who have built a strong reputation as an employer of choice
Workplace culture is of utmost importance to them, strong retention and focus on flexible work practices are a key drawcard
Career path would be to Principal Engineer, choose to be a technical expert in your chosen area or if you enjoy client facing and business development and marketing more so, there are streams for both directions

Requires a Civil Engineering Degree, ideally RPEQ or working towards and at least 8 years experience in an engineering consultancy environment running and delivering projects in the urban/land development space.
