The role

A rewarding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Senior Client Coordinator to join our Client Services team, based at our beautiful head office in Bald Hills.

This is a full-time fixed term role until 31 December 2025 (with the possibility of extension).

Our successful candidate will be a hands-on all-rounder working in a fast-paced administration team to safeguard and support the needs of clients and our multidisciplinary team. The role is primarily responsible for supporting and scheduling of our Allied Health staff, and providing high-quality and exceptional service to our clients, volunteers, staff, donors, and external organisations to facilitate a high level of care to people with low vision or blindness.

Our Senior Client Coordinator will undertake the following key responsibilities:

  • Organise and provide effective and efficient administrative support for our intake and Client programs.
  • Promptly respond to client communications and general enquiries.
  • Maintain strict compliance to legislative and regulatory frameworks related to specialist service delivery including but not limited to NDIS.
  • Undertake finance tasks such as reconciling receipts, petty cash, and invoice processing.
  • Support the Client Administration Manager to meet overall goals and objectives and act in leadership role during absences.
  • Actively participate in cross-skilling of other administration team members.
  • Complex project work such as resource and report writing.
  • Define outcomes and further develop work methods where general work procedures are not defined.

About You 

Our successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Related experience within allied health, disability, aged care, or related field (5+ years minimum preferred).
  • A strong client and customer focus and a commitment to person-centred service practices.
  • Exceptional administration, customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient across Microsoft Suite applications and learning new software packages.
  • Advanced interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to change, and able to meet tight deadlines.
