About the role

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Broker to manage a group of strategic partnership and association key accounts, ensuring they receive a personalised, compliant, and strategic level of service.

You'll partner closely with each client to understand their business operations, risk exposures and objectives, crafting insurance programs that truly meet their needs.

A Day in the Life

• Managing a portfolio of high value strategic partnership and association key accounts
• Delivering tailored insurance program advice based on each client's risk profile
• Maintaining strong, proactive client engagement
• Conducting regular reviews, meetings, and strategic discussions
• Representing the business at events, conferences, and sector specific forums
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
• Support new business growth through pipeline development

Skills and experience

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
• Strong account management with attention to detail
• Clear, professional, and confident with stakeholders
• Practical & service-first approach to getting deals done
• Proactive, helpful, and driven to hit team goals
• Previous experience in a similar insurance or broking role is highly regarded
