About the role
We are looking for a motivated, experienced Broker to manage a group of strategic partnership and association key accounts, ensuring they receive a personalised, compliant, and strategic level of service.
You'll partner closely with each client to understand their business operations, risk exposures and objectives, crafting insurance programs that truly meet their needs.
A Day in the Life
Managing a portfolio of high value strategic partnership and association key accounts
Delivering tailored insurance program advice based on each client's risk profile
Maintaining strong, proactive client engagement
Conducting regular reviews, meetings, and strategic discussions
Representing the business at events, conferences, and sector specific forums
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
Support new business growth through pipeline development
Skills and experience
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
Strong account management with attention to detail
Clear, professional, and confident with stakeholders
Practical & service-first approach to getting deals done
Proactive, helpful, and driven to hit team goals
Previous experience in a similar insurance or broking role is highly regarded
