We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Services Manager at CRE8IVE.

 

CRE8IVE is Canberra's leading marketing agency. We work with clients from the private and government sector across Australia.

We are seeking someone with solid experience in creative or marketing projects with exceptional client service skills. You will need to be confident leading meetings and working flexibly across competing projects, whilst managing timelines, relationships and budgets.

About the role

 

As Senior Client Services Manager you will:

 

  • champion the client and quality outcomes 
  • manage all aspects of campaigns end-to-end
  • report to and work closely with the Client Services Director 
  • confidently lead meetings with stakeholders 
  • problem solve and collaborate with colleagues and clients, whilst providing intelligent solutions 

 

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications 

 

You will have:

  • knowledge of the industry (marketing, comms/PR, advertising) 
  • customer service mindset 
  • ability to work autonomously
  • excellent time management skills 
  • superior written and verbal communication skills
  • 3-5+ years’ experience (depending on level) in account management or project management roles 
  • tertiary qualifications in marketing, media advertising, creative advertising OR relevant work experience.
