You will play a key role in supporting the commercial practice, providing exceptional service to their diverse client base.

Commercial litigation: shareholder disputes, contract breaches, confidentiality and employment disputes, debt recovery, trade mark disputes
Legal insolvency: showcasing deep knowledge of insolvency laws, successful case management, and expertise in drafting and reviewing insolvency\-related documents.

About You:
⢠Minimum 6 yearsâ experience in a commercial law setting.
⢠Strong understanding of commercial legal principles and contracts.

⢠Excellent communication, phone manner and excellent drafting skills.
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
⢠Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
