About your role - Communications lead for the ‘Separation Program’, including communications strategy and execution for organisational awareness and change management of six program streams (ICT and Infrastructure) to ensure the continuing engagement and enablement of our people
- Internal communications channel management and future communications channel strategy for BAU activities in a newly privatised business (former Government Department)
- Support or lead on evolving DE&I program and communications from its infancy
- Development of a refreshed Intranet using SharePoint and implementation of new channels for organisational communications
- Pitch, plan, organise and develop communications plans and artefeacts for internal events
About you - 8-10 years as a Communications professional
- Skilled in creating relevant and compelling content for large and diverse audiences, across multiple channels
- Project management skills
- Ability to liaise with senior managers to develop and maintain multi-channel communications plans
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and meet deadlines
- The ability to remain proactive and autonomous within a well-established team
- Display high levels of accountability
