We specialise in premium 18kt gold and platinum diamond jewellery as well as luxury watches, and are entering our next phase of growth and brand expansion.
We’re now building a serious content engine to drive traffic, awareness, and revenue — and this role will play a central part in making that happen.
We are looking for a Senior Content Creator who can take ownership of SH Jewellery’s content ecosystem and help build a high-performing content engine that drives brand visibility, audience growth, and revenue.

The Role
This is not a passive social media role.
You will build, own, and scale SH Jewellery’s content ecosystem across platforms.
You’ll be comfortable appearing on camera, presenting, and representing the SH Jewellery brand.
You’ll be responsible for turning our products, people, and stories into high-performing content that builds audiences, drives traffic to our stores and website, and generates enquiries and sales.
You’ll have access to premium diamond jewellery, luxury watches, interesting customer stories, and founder access — giving you strong material to create compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run the SH Jewellery content engine
• Create content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (including Shorts)
• Confidently appear on camera to present, educate, and engage audiences on video
• Shoot and edit photos and videos (in-store, product, people, behind-the-scenes)
• Write compelling hooks, captions, and post copy aligned with brand voice
• Develop and execute content strategy in conjunction with founders, marketing, and the sales team
• Help position SH Jewellery as a trusted voice in diamond and jewellery education online
• Grow a large, engaged follower base over time
• Create content that converts attention into store traffic, online enquiries, and sales
• Track performance and optimise content using insights and data
• Collaborate closely with founders, sales, and marketing
• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes
• Support and respond to select customer enquiries across social and digital channels, in collaboration with the sales team

What We’re Looking For

• Portfolio demonstrating high-performing content (strong views, engagement, or audience growth)
• Proven content creator with strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and a track record of growing accounts and producing high-performing content
• Comfortable being hands-on: filming, editing, posting, iterating
• On-camera confidence
• Strong visual eye and storytelling instinct
• Ability to identify high-performing content formats and scale them consistently
• Comfortable using platform analytics and performance data to refine and optimise content
• Commercial mindset – understands content’s role in traffic and revenue
• Highly comfortable with modern content tools, editing software, and digital workflows
• Curious and analytical mindset — enjoys testing formats, analysing results, and improving performance
• Organised, proactive, and self-directed
• Preferred: Experience in jewellery, luxury, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands
