Intro Recruitment continues our long standing relationship with one of South East Qld's leading Developer/Builders. This outfit has delivered many iconic projects and their continued success is often used to gauge the level of confidence in the local market. 

Their brand new Sunshine Coast project is a high rise residential development and it is here they are looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team. 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an outstanding Project Manager and have the support of other CA's.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years recent experience working for a reputable commercial construction company
• Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub contractors alike
• Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
• Have a hands on and proactive approach to your role
• Construction Management degree or equivalent
